1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Lead Pattern. Violations may result in suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited uses
- Unsolicited bulk messaging / spam
- Messaging without required consent or contrary to Meta/WhatsApp rules
- Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or impersonation
- Harassment, hate, exploitation, or threats
- Distribution of malware or harmful code
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Illegal content or activities under applicable law
- Using the Service in a way that damages Cubot Infotech, Meta, recipients, or other customers
3. Messaging standards
Follow our Messaging Guidelines and Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. You are responsible for template content, opt-outs, and category selection.
4. Reporting
Report suspected abuse via Report Abuse or founders@leadpattern.com.
