1. Roles
For personal data contained in Customer Content (for example, your contacts and WhatsApp conversation data), you typically act as the business / data controller (or equivalent), and CUBOT INFOTECH LLP acts as a processor / service provider processing data on your instructions to provide Lead Pattern.
For account data of your users and website visitor data we collect directly, we typically act as a controller.
2. Processing instructions
We process Customer Content to provide, secure, and support the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms. We do not sell Customer Content.
3. Subprocessors
We use infrastructure and operational providers. A current subprocessor list can be requested at founders@leadpattern.com. Formal DPA terms: [DPA AVAILABLE ON REQUEST / LINK].
4. International transfers
