1. Scope
This policy covers software subscription fees charged by CUBOT INFOTECH LLP for Lead Pattern. It does not cover Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges, carrier fees, or third-party costs, which are billed according to those providers’ terms.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription according to your plan settings or by contacting founders@leadpattern.com. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in your order form.
3. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written order form:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started
- Trial periods, if offered, should be used to evaluate the product before purchasing
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors may be corrected after verification
