Name, business email, phone number, password (hashed), company name, role, and account settings when you register or are invited to a workspace.
3.2 Contact and business information
Information you submit via contact, demo, support, or deletion forms, including company details and inquiry content.
3.3 Customer content
Content you and your team upload or generate in the product, such as contacts, conversation metadata, templates, campaign configurations, chatbot flows, notes, and files you choose to store.
3.4 WhatsApp-related information
Where you connect WhatsApp Business API or related channels, we may process message metadata, template status, delivery events, and message content as needed to provide the service — subject to Meta’s platform rules and your configuration.
3.5 Device, log, and usage data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

Aggregated or pseudonymous usage analytics to understand product and website performance, if enabled.
